Vegetable Tray
- Red: red bell peppers
- Orange: carrots (also considered orange bell peppers)
- Yellow: yellow bell peppers (also considered yellow summer squash)
- Green: broccoli (also considered celery, cucumbers, zucchini, snap peas)
- Blue/Indigo: nothing (if you can find it there is a variety of blue cauliflower out there)
- Violet: red cabbage (if you can find them Purple Poded Pole Beans would be great)
The dip on the vegetable tray was homemade ranch. I make my ranch spices up in a large batch and keep it in a canning jar. It combines: 1/4 cup dried parsley, 2 tsp dried dill, 2 tsp granulated garlic, 2 tsp granulated onion, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp pepper. For every tablespoon of seasoning I mix it with 3/4 cup plain yogurt and 1/4 cup mayonnaise.

- Red: strawberries (also considered cherries, raspberries, red grapes)
- Orange: apricots (also considered peaches, cantaloupe, oranges)
- Yellow: pinapple rings (also considered bananas, star fruit)
- Green: kiwis (also considered green grapes)
- Blue/Indigo: blueberries
- Violet: purple grapes (also considered blackberries)
The dip on the fruit tray is Greek Gods honey sweetened yogurt (just a note, this stuff is not actually Greek yogurt as it claims because it uses pectin to thicken it, rather then straining, but it still makes a nice dip in a pinch.)
