		<description>We have a 80/20 rule (more like 95/5 over time though) where 95% of the time we are strict on our diet, and then 5% of the time we treat ourselves. Like today Caswallon had one of those throwback Mountain Dews and I had a huge white chocolate raspberry mocha from Starbucks.

I think if you obsess too much about your diet you will end up being miserable and when you eventually break the rules it will be a huge binge, which is way worse than little indulgences.</description>

I need to start moving away from grains and things, I tend to feel worse when I eat a lot of breads and oatmeal. It&#039;s like a little dance in circles, where I mostly eat like how I want and then sometimes I just eat cookies. Mostly is better than never.</description>
